Whats the Difference between Brown Eggs and White Eggs?

Therefore, there is no consensus in the health world about the ideal amount of eggs per day. But, the American Heart Association indicates that up to two daily units guarantee the nutritional contribution that is offered by the food. However, those with obesity, diabetes, or high cholesterol should restrict themselves to one egg a day, preferably boiled.
